Urban Suites has ten serviced suites and apartments in one building in Alimos, 200 metres from Akti tou Iliou beach. They differ in size, layout, floor, view and where the jacuzzi is — and those differences matter more than the names suggest. This page is here so you can pick the right one in two minutes instead of comparing ten pages.
Every unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with a hydromassage bath. The building has a lift, key-card entry and free private parking, subject to a space being confirmed when you book.

Travelling as a couple, or watching the budget

These are our one-bedroom suites, from 42 to 68 square metres, on the first and second floors. Each has a double bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living area, so they take up to four people — but they are at their best for two.
Three of them put the jacuzzi in the main living space rather than the bathroom: Venus A2, Callista B1 and Porfyra B2. If you like the idea of a tub in the room with a view rather than behind a bathroom door, choose one of those. Arca A1 has its jacuzzi in the bathroom, which some guests prefer for privacy.
Porfyra B2 is the largest of the four at 67.7 m² with a full sea view — the natural choice if you want extra space without moving up to an apartment. Callista B1 is the smallest and the best value, with a side sea view.
Families, or two couples travelling together
Mytilus A3 · Mya B3 · Ostrea C2 · Thais D2
These are the large apartments — between 113.5 and 114.2 square metres, all with two separate bedrooms plus sofa beds, sleeping six. Two independent bedrooms is the difference that matters: two couples get their own doors, or parents get a room away from the children.
They also work out cheaper per person. In high season an apartment for six costs roughly 67 to 72 euros per person per night, against 85 to 95 for a suite for four. For a group of six, the apartment is both more comfortable and less expensive.
All four have a side balcony rather than a full sea view. If sea view is what you are after and you still need space for six, see Solen C1 below.
Mytilus A3 is the largest unit in the building. Thais D2 sits on the top floor.
Six guests with a sea view — our top pick
Solen Excelsior Suite C1 · 85.9 m² · 3rd floor
Solen is the one we recommend when someone wants everything at once. Two separate bedrooms for six people, a full sea view, and a jacuzzi out on the terrace rather than indoors.
It is the only unit that combines a sea view with capacity for six, which makes it the strongest choice for two couples travelling together, or for a family that does not want to compromise on the view.
A romantic stay
Ensis Penthouse Suite D1 · 47.4 m² · 4th floor
Ensis is on the top floor with a sea view and a jacuzzi on the open veranda. For a couple, that combination — the highest floor in the building, the sea in front of you, and an outdoor tub under the sky — is what makes it the romantic choice.
It also works well for a family with two children: the double bedroom plus sofa beds sleeps four, with the best position in the building.

The beach directly opposite the building is free to enter, as is A’ Alimos Beach “Stolidi” at Kalamaki; Akti tou Iliou is an organised beach with an entrance fee. Distances are straight-line from the entrance of Urban Suites. The water quality column shows the official European Environment Agency bathing-water classification — a dash means no rating is published for that point, not that the water is poor. Everything from Elliniko southwards follows the coast road; the three Piraeus beaches lie in the opposite direction, towards the port.

Blue Flag beaches nearby
Six beaches within easy reach hold a 2026 Blue Flag, awarded in Greece by the Hellenic Society for the Protection of Nature. Three are in the Municipality of Glyfada — Glyfada, Glyfada A and Glyfada B — the nearest 3.7 kilometres from the building. Three more are in the Municipality of Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni: Voula A at 6.8 kilometres, Vouliagmeni, and Asteras Vouliagmenis (Astir Beach) at 11.7 kilometres. The beaches at Alimos itself are not part of the Blue Flag programme, but their bathing water is classified Excellent by the European Environment Agency — the same grade as the awarded beaches further south.
