Location – Introduction

Villa Terra Mare is a sumptuous villa in the suburbs of Athens, with a mesmerising view of the sea, ideal for a relaxing getaway whilst being close to the city centre.

Built in three levels, this spectacular residence, combines a sienna-rustic architecture with modern embellishments. Situated in Varkiza Area, Villa Terra Mare is quiet during the winter but bustling in summertime.

Only a 2-minute walk from the coast, and conveniently locate just 10 minutes from the famous market of Glyfada, it is perfectly designed for those who seek luxury, leisure and serenity.

 

Description

Ground floor
This state-of-the-art part of the house, all covered with hardwood floors, radiates grace and elegance in every single corner. Entering the house, one first encounters a small hall, leading to a spacious living room with an imposing fireplace on the one hand, and a capacious dining room with a ten-seated dining table on the other. Following the hall further into the floor, there is an enormous spectacular rustic kitchen that features its own fireplace and is equipped with both retro and modern appliances ideally fused together, conveying a homey ambiance. Additionally, there is a small toilet, as well as an elevator that provides access to all three levels of the house. On the same level, there is a magnificent garden with a stone-wall BBQ, two patio dining tables, a patio lounge and a majestic pool, all ready to host your special moments with the most breath-taking view of the shimmering sea.

Underground floor
This floor is an entire new apartment on its own. It features a spacious fashionable kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and a four-seated dining table blended with a small cinema hall with home cinema facilities. Further on, the floor features a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower and laundry facilities, and one master bedroom with a queen-bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The floor has access to two different covered parking spots making it easily accessible from three different points..

First floor
The first floor features three bedrooms. At the top corner there is a magnificent master bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi and a shower, a vast closet and a private balcony with a majestic sea view. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a big closet and the third bedroom has two single beds and a small closet. Both bedrooms share a lovely sea-view balcony and a bathroom with a shower.

Villa Amaryllis is characterised by meticulous design, including hand-crafted décor, prime materials, and state-of-the-art technology. Since this house was designed to please large groups, a fully-equipped kitchen takes a prominent place on the ground floor, and it is connected with the red-coloured living room, the matching dining area, and the yard. The outdoor areas and the garden are shaded by the local flora and tall trees and feature an extra wooden dining table, a couch swing as well as sunbeds.

Mezzanine
The picture-perfect décor in the mezzanine level makes this spot perfect for reading, relaxing and watching films. The TV area, with a big comfortable couch, is situated on this floor along with the library and a desk ideal for those who work away from home.

First floor
This floor features 2 bedrooms. The first is a double room with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, an extra sofa bed and a capacious walk-in closet. The second is also a double room with two single beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. This room has also access to a balcony. Furthermore, this floor features a playroom with several toys for kids as well as a table football for “big kids”.

Second floor
This floor features 2 double bedrooms with queen-size beds, a shared bathroom with a shower and a subsidiary kitchen. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious common balcony and are embellished with minimal decorations, unique colours and tasteful details creating a very relaxing and cosy ambiance.

Underground Floor
This floor consists of one double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room.
