As entering the property, one first encounters the ground-floor apartment. This lovely space features a fashionable kitchenette equipped with modern appliances, a bedroom with a queen bed, a small sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower.

A lovely studio that features a queen bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Located on the ground floor, this room features a veranda with built-in patio furniture and is accessible from two different entrances.

First Floor / Superior Apartment
Moving further on to the first floor, there is a spacious external jacuzzi with a shimmering view of the sea. This floor features a spacious living room, a modern kitchen with a dining table and three bedrooms. The first is a magnificent master bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms share a lovely sea-view balcony and a bathroom with a shower. The floor also features a spacious balcony with a patio dining table, two sunbeds and an outdoor, non-heated jacuzzi* with a shimmering view of the sea.

This part of the house, radiates grace and elegance in every single corner. The floor features a contemporary kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with a queen bed each. Important note: the house is located on a pedestrian street, to which cars are not allowed to enter. It is approximately 300 metres from the point cars are obligated to stop. There are also a few steps about 50 metres away from the entrance of the property up to the upper floors .
